Delima Venture Sdn Bhd is a private limited company incorporated on May
12th, 1994 under the Companies Act 1965.
The company is a registered G7 Bumiputera contractor with the Construction
Industry Development Board (CIDB), Bahagian Pembangunan Kontraktor dan
Usahawan (BPKU), the National Water Services Commission (SPAN), and the
Ministry of Finance (MOF). It is also certified under the MS ISO 9001:2015
Quality Management System, demonstrating its commitment to delivering
projects with consistent quality, efficiency, and professionalism.
Delima Venture is a Certified Kontraktor Penyiap, a designation awarded by
CIDB to contractors who meet stringent requirements in financial stability,
technical capability, and a proven track record in managing complex
construction projects. This certification enables the company to take over and
complete abandoned or incomplete construction works— particularly high-risk
projects that require strong technical and operational capabilities. This
recognition establishes Delima Venture as a reliable and capable partner for
successfully delivering critical and challenging assignments.
As part of its ongoing commitment to growth and excellence, Delima Venture is actively expanding its registration with other relevant regulatory bodies to
enhance its scope and competitiveness in the industry. Its vision is to grow into a
dynamic, successful, and forward-thinking construction organization.
The company is also registered with the Terengganu State Economic Development
Corporation (PMINT), Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB), Persatuan
Kontraktor Melayu Malaysia (Terengganu), and various private and corporate
entities.

Sdn. Bhd. continues to stand strong as a competitive construction company, fully committed
to contributing to the nation’s infrastructure development in a sustainable and impactful
manner.
This year marks a significant milestone in the company’s transformation journey, following
the successful implementation of an organisational restructuring exercise. This included the
appointment of a new leadership team that is more dynamic, progressive, and forwardthinking. This restructuring forms part of our strategic initiatives to strengthen corporate
governance and enhance operational efficiency in our pursuit of sustainable excellence.
Among our proudest achievements is the successful completion of several high-value
government and private sector projects — including healthcare facilities and educational
institution buildings — all delivered on schedule and in full compliance with specified
standards. These accomplishments reflect not only the technical capabilities and commitment
of our team but also the continued trust our clients place in Delima Venture Sdn. Bhd.
To ensure the company remains relevant and resilient in an increasingly challenging industry
